DAY 2, Monday - Arrive in Lisbon, Time at leisure, Welcome Dinner
Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. This evening, enjoy an orientation meeting with your tour escort, followed by a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 3, Tuesday - Mass, Lisbon City Tour, Alfama Walking Tour, Santarem Walking Tour
Attend morning Mass at Se (Lisbon Cathedral), and afterwards, enjoy a tour of St. Anthony's hometown. On this tour you'll see such sights as the Belem Tower, as well as visit Jeronimos Monastery with the Tomb of Vasco de Gama, the famous Portuguese explorer. Continue for a leisurely walk through the cobbled alleys of Alfama, the famous seaman's quarter. From here, we travel to the charming town of Santarem for a short walk down the narrow streets to visit Saint Stephen's Catholic Church, also known as the Church of the Holy Miracle. Enjoy time for prayer before the Eucharistic Miracle enshrined within, one of the holiest and most famous of its kind. Continue to Fatima this afternoon.

DAY 4, Wednesday - Mass, Basilica of Our Lady, Time at leisure in Fatima
Today, Celebrate Mass and then visit the Basilica of Our Lady, the Chapel of Apparitions, and the House of Francisco and Jacinta. Enjoy time at leisure for individual spiritual activities, visits, and sightseeing.

DAY 5, Thursday - Coimbra City Tour en route to Salamanca
In the morning, depart Fatima and drive to Coimbra, Portugal's first capital city. Upon arrival, visit the convent where Sister Lucia, the longest surviving visionary of the 1917 Apparitions, lived until her recent death. Continue to the autonomous community of Salamanca, the University city which nurtured such students as Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit order, Servantes, and St. John of the Cross.

DAY 6, Friday - Salamanca City Tour, Burgos Panoramic City Tour
This morning's tour of Salamanca takes you into the heart of the city. Considered one of the most fascinating Renaissance cities in Europe, Salamanca is home to Spain's oldest Christian university, founded in 1218 by Alfonso IX of Leon. Here, you'll tour the new Cathedral and University, before continuing to the celebrated city of Burgos. Founded in the 9th century, Burgos was the seat of a Catholic bishop since the 10th century and later became the capital of the Kingdom of Castile. Situated on the Pilgrim's Road to Santiago de Compostela, Burgos still preserves its medieval splendor, as it is home to more ecclesiastical monuments than any other Spanish city. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour.

DAY 7, Saturday - Mass, Burgos Cathedral Tour, Pamplona City Tour
After morning Mass, enjoy a tour of the 13th century Burgos Cathedral, undoubtedly the city's most prized historical landmark. Long standing as one of the most beautiful and largest Gothic basilicas in Europe, the cathedral is the only structure of its kind to be designated a stand-alone UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterwards, proceed to Pamplona, the most important pilgrimage stop on the Road to Santiago. Today, the city is also famous for the annual encierro, or "running of the bulls." After lunch at a local restaurant, tour this delightful medieval town, before continuing to Lourdes for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8, Sunday - Mass, Time at leisure, Torchlight Procession
This morning, attend the International Mass at the Grotto: the cave of the Apparitions of 1858. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to explore the town of Lourdes on your own. After dinner, attend an evening Torchlight Procession.

DAY 9, Monday - Sanctuary & Steps of Bernadette Tour, Torchlight Procession
Today, visit the Basilica of St. Pius X, the world's largest underground church, and the Boly Mill where St. Bernadette was born in 1844. The tour continues to the "Cachot" (Jail) where St. Bernadette lived at the time of the Apparitions, and on to visit the Grotto of Massaibelle, where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to St. Bernadette. After dinner, attend the Torchlight Procession, starting from the Grotto.

DAY 10, Tuesday - Paris Panoramic City Tour
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Paris. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of the "City of Light" where you will see the principal landmarks of this fashionable city. Beginning with the Place des Pyramides, the tour continues to view the Opéra, Place Vendôme, Concorde Square, Champs-Elysées Avenue, Arch of Triumph, Eiffel Tower (visit 2nd level), Invalides, Orsay Museum, the Louvre Museum, Sorbonne, Pantheon Church, and the Bohemian streets and cafes of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, beautifully set in the heart of the Latin Quarter.

DAY 11, Wednesday - Nevers City Tour, Mass in Paris
Today's sightseeing includes a full day excursion to Nevers, with lunch. While in Nevers, you'll visit the Cathedrals of St. Cry and St. Judith, and St. Gildard's convent to see the uncorrupted body of St. Bernadette. Mass will be celebrated before returning to Paris this afternoon.

DAY 12, Thursday - Mass, Catholic Paris Tour, Time at leisure, Farewell Dinner
Celebrate morning Mass in the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal, followed by visits to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Saint Chapelle, the Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent du Paul, and Montmartre, site of the white-domed Basilica of Sacré-Cœur. The remainder of the day is free to explore the wonders of Paris on your own.
